The visa regime for Libyan nationals has been changed effective from September 24, 2015 . The new regime reqirements are as follows:

1. Official Passports do not require Visa.

2. Ordinary Libyan passport holders with a valid Schengen or OECD member countries’ visa or residence/work permits are entitled to get single entry visas for theirs stays not exceeding 30 days from the web site of www.evisa.gov.tr

3. Ordinary Passport holder Libyan nationals who do not
have Schengen or OECD member countries’ visa should obtain their visas by visiting the Consular Section of the Embassy.

The general visa application reqirements of the Consular Section are as follows:

a) The validity of the passport should not be less than 6 months upon application.

b) Recent bank statement covering the last 6 months.

c)Personal Photo 4x6 (white background).

d)A copy of the passport. Please also bring your original passport for the application.

e) Commercial registration or an HR letter from the employer stating the income.

f)In case of business visits, training or working visits, please attach the invitation letter you received from Turkey.

g)The completed visa application form.

h)A round-trip air ticket. Hotel reservation

i)The consular section has the right to add any further conditions according to the personal interview.
